Terms and Conditions for Tiny Tidy UK

By booking a service with Tiny Tidy UK, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

1. Services Provided

Tiny Tidy UK provides professional cleaning, sanitisation, and maintenance services for baby equipment, including pushchairs, car seats, and travel systems.

2. Condition of Items & Expectations

  • Mould & Stains: While we use specialist treatments, we cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all mould spores or deep-set stains. Some staining, scuffs, or rust may be permanent due to the age or condition of the item.

  • Fabric Safety: We do not use industrial bleaching agents. We prioritise the integrity of the fabric and the safety of your child over aggressive chemical results.

  • Mechanical Faults: We are a cleaning service, not a repair shop. We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues or broken components.
     

3. Car Seat Safety Disclaimer

Tiny Tidy UK is a cleaning service only. We are not qualified or insured to install car seats into vehicles.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that all car seats and bases are correctly and safely re-installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • We accept no liability for any incidents resulting from the incorrect installation of equipment following a clean.
     

4. Bookings & Payments

  • Drop-off/Collection: All standard pricing is for drop-off and pick-up at our designated location.

  • Additional Fees: Collection and delivery services are subject to an additional fee, which must be agreed upon and paid prior to the service.

  • Specialist Cleaning: Items requiring mould, urine, or vomit removal must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or a refusal of service.
     

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

  • Late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a cancellation fee.
     

6. Abandoned Items

Items not collected within 7 days of the agreed completion date (unless otherwise arranged) may be subject to a storage fee of £5 per day. Items left for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be sold or donated to charity.
 

7. Liability

Tiny Tidy UK is fully insured for the cleaning of baby equipment. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
