Refund Policy for Tiny Tidy UK

At Tiny Tidy UK, we take great pride in the quality of our work. Because we provide a manual cleaning service, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both the customer and our specialist cleaners.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. Upon collection or delivery of your cleaned items, we encourage you to inspect them thoroughly.

  • If you are not satisfied with any part of the clean, please let us know immediately or within 24 hours of receipt.

  • We will offer to re-clean any area that does not meet our standard, free of charge.
     

2. Service Limitations (Non-Refundable Issues)

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Permanent Damage: Scuffs, rust, or deep-set mould stains that cannot be removed due to the age or condition of the fabric/frame.

  • Pre-existing Wear: General wear and tear that becomes more visible once the dirt is removed.

  • Change of Mind: Once a cleaning service has been completed, we cannot offer a refund for the labour and materials already used.
     

3. Cancellations & Deposits

  • Full Refunds: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled slot, any pre-payment or deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee, and any deposit paid may be non-refundable to cover the lost time slot.

  • No-Shows: If you do not drop off your item and do not contact us, your booking fee/deposit will not be refunded.
     

4. Specialist Removal Services

For services involving mould, vomit, or urine removal, the fee covers the specialist sanitisation process and chemicals used. Even if visual staining remains (due to the permanent nature of some mould/acid damage), the service fee is non-refundable as the item has been hygienically treated and made safe for use.
